我本意是取消留言服务。TD银行的中文服务也是一样,我本想办定期存款,可是前些日子突然发现我的账号
上(EASY WED)增加了RRSP账号,当然仅仅是开了账号,可是这些人明显拿了提成
我的体会是每打一次服务电话,挨一次骗。当然如果是亲自办理有时也会挨骗,但
至少和骗子见个面,有个笑面。
加拿大的骗子比中国多(按比例),我算是服了。

when you call they, only tell them what you want to do. "I want to xxxxxxxx, do I make you clear?". After them say "Yes", then hangup. don't say any "yes" on the phone.

every single time when I call bell, no matter Chinese or English customer service, they always try to sell me something else, very nicely.
I always refuse politely.

这种事,有可能。但我想应该不是故意的。大公司大银行犯错误很常见,如果错误对你有利倒还罢了,如果对你不利,一定要据理力争。

同意。大公司办事是比较官僚,经常搞错。但是也有好处,只要是他们的错,他们肯定认,而且还赔偿损失。
