1。 Touch-Tone Service & WireCare maintenace plan一个月6块多。我从来也没申请过。打电话过去也没用。说取消要伏一年的费用。
2。我在地下室,Bell装电话多收我75元 Inside-Wiring 费用。我大电话投诉,他说因为是同地址第二根电话,所以55元外,还要加75 什么什么的费用。昏。各位有这样的经历吗?

1. you cannot cancel touch-tone service. it's mandatory. but you can cancel the wirecare plan. just call them and complain. explain that it's the first time you ever use BELL,and chances are they gonna cancel it for you, without charging you..2. the $75 is for the second line. what you can do is to discuss it with your landlord, since when you move out, the second line will be his/her asset. the second tenant does not need to pay for it any more. so persuade they pay for it.

真有75元的说法啊?我感到奇怪的是,地下室的电话线包括插座已经是好好的了,Bell就连一下要这么多钱啊?昏

check with your landlord. the thing which cost is the second line to the house. BELL will do something to the outside phone box, which costs the 75 bucks.

如果Bell没有人上门替你安装地下室的线路和插座,你只是打了个电话开通那个插座而已,这75元是不能收的,仅需付55元。75元是指原来没有插座,Bell派人上门来替你安装一个的收费。

不会吧。我记得我住DOWNTOWN时安装电话。包装室内插座才55元。那HOUSE接了3条线。

bell is always weird. i have been using bell sympatico for 9 months...but didnt receive a single bill up to now. hope all the bills wont come in one day, sigh...

they didn't send you bill, unless you ask for it. you can check your bill online. and they will charge you from your credit card. you'd better check that.

75是所谓的jack的费用,如果你已经有现成的线只要插电话就行,那你就不用给这个钱,你也可以自己装,我是在bell.ca上看到的

你现在用的插座原来有其他的房客开通过电话吗?如果有,就说明开通第二线的不是你,你大可以打电话要回这75大洋。

ur landlord should pay for $75.it's not indoor, it's outdoor wiring. normally for old house, there are two telephone lines. if u required third line, the landlord should pay for it, because it is part of his property.

除非事前有约定,否则,这种费用应该房客承担,因为这是房客的需要,不是房东的要求。就好比别人把什么东西用完之后硬塞到你手里,然后跟你说,现在归你了,你付钱吧。

是的,约定好的,房东会出的,毕竟这属于屋子固定设施,一次性投资而已;我上次就和房东商量半天,最后一人一半。

I don't think so. When u rent an apartment, it should come with hydro, water pipe and phone line. It 's ur landlord's responsibility to provide a phone line for u.

所以才说“事前有约定”,如果约定是房东提供电话线的,当然是房东掏钱,如果说好进来就没有电话线,而房客之后又改变主意,想要电话线,这种钱道理上是房客出,至于房东愿意分摊,那就另当别论。

I remember: If you don't pay for WireCare maintenace plan every month, then if there is problem with the phone line, or some day when u want to cancel the phone#, you will be charged more.

touch tone应该是每个电话都有的功能,要不是好像类似电话银行之类的服务无法使用;剩下一个肯定是你上套了,认了吧;关于后面那个问题,我也吃过亏;建议如下:我家bell从外面拉到屋子内的黑线中有6根细线(印象中应该有8根),应该整个house可以开通3部电话,2根一部。以前因为吃过类似的亏,所以在technician来安装电话时,仔细的问了,怎么样可以省去另外75圆的安装费。最后被告知,那75圆是屋内线路的安装费,所以technician建议我把jack安装在分线箱内,屋子里面的线路自己装。后来不放心,记下了technician的姓名和employee no.,以备投诉时使用。后来收到账单时,果然只有55的线路开通费。

我看BELL的网站上说现在装第二部电话的JACK安装$75元到10月底之前都是免了的. 去BELL网站查查吧.

Touch-tone service and 911 are mandatory in Ontario by law.
Wirecare plan depends. In your situation, it should be removes without cancellation fee since it was put on without your consent.If this is the 1st time a second line was installed at this address you should pay $75. Because the existing jacks work for the current number. Unless you can install a second jack and connect wiring by yourself.
Normally, when you request a new line, all those charges (Specially $75) should have been informed to you.

温哥华的TELUX收100元,等了两周才来,因为房东不在没装成,又要重新预约.气得我改订FIDO手机.半年后搬家,算算多花的电话费不过也就100, 还赚个手机 - 可惜已经出毛病了.

我装电话时也被收$100的INSIDE-WIRING,因为有2个接口。我通过EMAIL与BELL交涉,最后BELL取消了这个收费,理由是安装人员事先没有告知用户这个收费。用户有权自己安装屋内线路,BELL在提供这项服务时应得到用户同意。

可能是你的疏忽(猜的,你在短短3行文字里面就出了3个错字漏字,申请电话的时候敢保证不出错?)。我在www.bell.ca在线申请,很小心的填表,看到很多的“陷阱”,新用户很容易就掏冤枉钱的。Bell的EMAIL中说“The service charge for inside wiring is $75.00 (plus tax) for the installation and activation of the first jack and $42.00 (plus
tax) for each additional jack. 我的理解是,$55是BELL拉线到户外接线盒的费用,即使他们在旧线路上仅仅给你的新号码,这$55也不能省。其他的接线,千万当心! 你可以到BELL的网上看,甚至户外接线盒里的接线,也有可能另收费的,网上有明确的说明。
