多少都可以, 看你想过多久吃馒头了. 象味精那样用一点点, 需大半天时间; 用整整一包, <1小时就好了.

I suggest:1kg flour, 25g dry yeast, 10g salt, 600ml water, and you can use some sugar and milk, can give yeast some "food". If you use fresh yeast, 40-45g. Important is have to rest let it double the size.

个人经历:1/4盆的面粉,一般在碗里放一个quarter大小的yeast就可以发出满满一盆。
