one night is sufficient, i think. there is a museum / shopping site at I-77 connecting I-79. a small but good place to stop by.

recommend you taking US 19 between I-77 and I-79. There is a New River. Bridge is beautiful. I think Gauley river is there too for white water rafting.

the little town along US 19 - cops there are worst. speed limit STRICTLY ENFORCED. 小心警察。
