年初才开始锻炼,一开始只能做 ellipse exercise 1分钟,现在2。5分钟已经不错了。哼哼,等我坚持半年就有new shape了。

agreed, but i need to go..., 4 -5 times a week, 1 hr each time, 35-40 cardio and 10 mins weight & tummy work..., I did not lose weight, but i can feel that every part of my body is tighter and I don't feel tired and I am happy after every workout

Shake hands!!, If we ladies want to work out, gym is not the only place . You can skate, ski, even sladding would burn lots of calories. I swim in summer, snow board and skate in the winter in addition to gymIt has became a habit for me...
