请教作为雇主给员工办work permit的问题我们是一家BC正式注册的公司，在招聘中找到一位很适合公司的员工。问题是他是中国公民，拿work permit，如果从现在的雇主处跳槽到我公司，需要重新办理work permit。请问雇主帮助foreign worker申请work permit有什么具体要求？成功率如何？谢谢

it depends on the occupation you offer to the employee. If not on pilot program or under post-graduate program, then probably employer needs to get postive LMO from Service Canada, then s/he can get work permit from within Canada. Good luck.
