想问一下给父母签出5年多次签证的朋友，你们是在上海还是北京签的？怎么听说上海只能给一年内多次往返，5年的要到北京才能申请。有这么回事吗？谢谢！

you can enter Canada any time within 5 yr, but each stay is determined by the customers offier, the defalut one is 180 days, unless otherwise stated by the officer.
