已经预约到了中国签证了，但是发现网上填写的表格有个错误，我就去网上改这个东西，但是最后在提交修改的申请表格时，看到这么一句话："Submitted the application form will not be available for the information on the applicatoin form to modify, wheter to continue to submit?" 这是 什么意思？ 谢谢。
