check the K-w surplus out, it is located on HWY 7/ victoris staeet north.close to the TSC hardware.if you can open up the PC. peel off the lable from the fan, put a small drop of oil to the fan spindle. it may be just need some lubrication.

试试能不能修好我的HP笔记本也坏过, 开机不久就死机。发现电扇运转不畅。电扇长的奇形怪状，根本不可能买到。
先试过加油，好了一段时间。最后彻底玩完。
那天手里捏着电扇，心想本来想为HP捧场才买HP笔记本，不料却被拉到沟里。甚是不爽。恼怒中用力捏手中电扇, 却听到／感觉到轻微的撞击声。转动风叶，很顺畅。当即感觉到我已在恼怒中修好了它。果然如此。
故障原因可能是风叶在电机轴上的位置跑偏。转动时会碰到其它部件。恼怒中的一捏使它回位。
楼主不妨一试。
