The reason I don't like Acanac is if you want to cancel in the middle, they don't refund you. I have double checked with their CS.

如果你在北美地区做位移运动. 人家服务可以跟着你, 一个邮件就搞定了. 不必取消. 如果你飘出这块大陆.到欧洲或者回中国. 还在乎这百十来块钱么?

It's not only about the money. Their way of doing business just makes me uncomfortable. They don't send you notification email before your 1 year contract expires and you don't get refund if you want to cancel. It's just not right.

my friend used acanac for half year and went back to china. They moved the service to me. I canceled when the total 1 year approaching. After mailed back the modem, they refund the $50 (modem deposit) to my credit card.
