Air Canada and WestJet have dropped the price of some of their late May and early June flights from Vancouver to San Diego, California down to $243 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

The flights are nonstop both ways.

UPDATE - A few dates are still available and are now priced at $259 CAD roundtrip.
