I don't think that guy is rude. I think he made a typo there. I guess what he really meant is "parent always fuss about."
I don't know how to explain this word. But it is a common word in oral English. Fuss means to be busy with a lot of things without an order. If your kids runs from here to there, you may ask them: What are you fussing about?
Or, if you participate a party, and see the kids making a lot of mess, you may comment: The kids are always fussy.
Well, now if you are a 35-year-old Chinese girl and does not have a boy friend, your parents will probably fuss about. They may buttonhole relatives and friends and ask them to refer some young, single guys for you.
