scan the negetive and slide with a normal scaner with a adapter. The adapter is just a lamp. Some scaners now sell with this kind of things. It's very cheap now, about $200 or less. But if you need professional quality, you need a special scaner, it's very expansive, about $700-$5000 depents on the reslusion. And it can only scan film, maybe 35mm film only. If your film is not a normal size, it doesn't work you ether way. But I got a trick for you. If you have a normal scaner already, you can use a mirror on the top of your negetive or slide than scan. It may works.

It's just a lamp to put on the top of your film. Cause the films are transparent, it won't reflex the light. So the CCD can't get any signal. You need a lamp(the adpater) on the top of the film to give the CCD light. You can try put a mirror on the top of the film, it may works. I never tried that.
