大概是LZ的表现给大伙一种如释重负的感觉吧.mortgage的存在不过是银行定期修正一下帐户的数字而已，是一种形式上的东西，关键是net asset value增还是减, 有无mortgage并无本质区别。 -iloveresort(秋水长天); 2012-2-8 (#7273320@0)
