Totally agree. Workout creates more endorphins & endorphins make people happy.

For me it is slow start. After i came back to work from my 2nd baby, i went the gym with my coworker. I could not even walk for 10 mins. Graduately, I increased the time/resistance/speed on the treadmill & ecliptical, now I can run/walk do interval for 40 mins with no problem. It is not only for losing weight, cardio gives the heart good excise, the chemical released during work makes me happy and i see that my body is getting solid & healthy, and every time i challenge myself to do just 1 minute more, or just one more situp or pushup...

    • five times per week, weight exercise 5 minutes, ellipse exercise 2.5 minutes.

      • agreed, but i need to go..., 4 -5 times a week, 1 hr each time, 35-40 cardio and 10 mins weight & tummy work..., I did not lose weight, but i can feel that every part of my body is tighter and I don't feel tired and I am happy after every workout
        • that's lots of exercise! I don't enjoy exercising. Since my body shape seems always ok, I just never get any motivation to go to gym:-)

          • You said exactly what I wanted to say.
            • Shake hands!!, If we ladies want to work out, gym is not the only place . You can skate, ski, even sladding would burn lots of calories. I swim in summer, snow board and skate in the winter in addition to gym
              It has became a habit for me...

          • This would be my new year’s resolution, to make exercising a habit.
