To cancel your account, simply call Sympatico Member Services (310-SURF) and ask to have your account closed. Your account will be cancelled at the end of the billing period. You will receive a final paper bill (or a revised final bill) via Canada Post.
Your last bill will include charges for any extra hours used during the previous month.
Please note that we require 72 hours of notice before your next billing date, to ensure that you are not billed for the following month.
