Rogers on the Rogers Help Website from time to time (collectively, the "Acceptable Use Policy" or "AUP") or that may be conveyed to you pursuant
to Section 9(b) of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not use any Equipment or other feature
of the Service(s) to, directly or indirectly:

k. operate a server in connection with the Service(s) including but not limited to mail, news, file, gopher, telnet, chat, web, or host configuration
servers, multimedia streamers, or multi-user interactive forums; or l. port scan any computer or any other person, without the knowledge and
consent of such person, nor use any tools designed to facilitate such scans.

          but for occasional use, i think it should be ok. rogers do run port scan on your computer, if u have a decent firewall, u could ban the ip that running port scan on ur computer, then u r much safer..:)
