经过漫长的搜索,他们竟告诉我没有!当时我的申请表上都在200元money order押金一栏上打了勾确认呢。我问伊们我现在该怎么办,他们的回答是除非我回到多伦多,去那家
我买money order的邮局查钱到哪儿了,否则他们就不能还我。难道我有收据什么的还不够?他们这样不是显然难为我吗,知道我去不了,寻我开心:(
鉴于友善地提供一切资料效果甚差,大怒之下我写了一封email投诉,不知道大夥儿可有更好的办法?谢谢先

To whom it may concern:
It is a very frustrating experience of trying to get MY deposit back.
I called the Bell Accounts Dept, provided them my old phone number,
my name, the money order No which I paid as deposit, and was willing
to provide them whatever info they might need, but eventually they
told me they COULD NOT find the file of that deposit! The conclusion I
get from the conversation is that unless I go back to Toronto (I am
in vancouver now) and ask the exact postal outlet where I bought the
MO to trace back the payment, Bell can not return my deposit. It's just impossible--will you fly 10+ hrs and spend hundreds of money bucks just
for a 200 deposit (which I doubt even I went there, you guys would give
me other excuses and still not be satisfied). Till now, I have done my
part of job; now I hope you can do yours. I have the money order copy
(No ********) as well as the acknowledgement of a $200 money order as
deposit on the application for credit form(store code: UA111, Rep Web
ID# UA2FN, date 2001/08/25), I will be glad to provide you all the
info except for heading for Toronto!
I believe Bell Canada is not any small company which might "have problem"
of returning their clients deposit, I have the faith and please don't
let me down.
