Why PEO doing this is that they may try to confirm your education certificates are not fake because you really know something in your specialization.

2.No, the P.Eng. who provide proof for your document is not required to known your language because what you want him to prove is your English translation copy. Actually they are not responsible for your accuracy of translation, however if he is a serious guy, he would correct some course names with obvious mistake or inaccuracy, while most of them will change nothing for the respectful reasons.

Acctually, don't worry. Just prepare as well as you could. If you really do not know what PEO really want, do not hesitate to e-mail or talk to your AGENT to make it clear. Even your question is stupid, that will not affect your assessment because your AGENT is just a bridge between you and your assessors. You can find valuable information from your AGENT which is not list so-in-detail in the GUIDE book.

              Originally I planed to submit my application after I have one year Canadian experience. But after seen your posts here, I decided to do this right now. It is not a problem for me to find more than 3 referees because most of my colleagues are PEO, some of my clients are PE in other provinces. I am also ask for the registration EIT if they assign me a test.

              Of course I hope I can be interviewed, thank you again for your help and encouragement! Rolia is so big, and Canada is so big, but our Chinese immigrant who had a PE licence are really rare. Till now I only know you are the one here. Really great.
