the cheating is:

1, u know u don't need it, u still accept it.

2, he knows u would not really use it, (which means the job/service is not really done), he still get the sinature from you, and get pay.

.........I know, I know, i am not expecting much agreement with me here.....U may find so many excuse like: we helped each other; or many ppl outside are doing the same thing.................and u r sharing the story coz u think u did right thing, (maybe proud even?)

but I will still say: It's cheating.......

    就把零件收下，说我自己安装即可，一来给他省点时间，二来，我其实并不需要，然后在他的工作记录表上签了名，表示他已经进行了安装，好让他去Enbridge报账。

    将信将疑之下，今天打电话到Enbridge核实是否Part和Labour都是免费，答曰：然。所以，在此广而告知，如果你们哪位也碰到类似的情况，可以适当应付。

                talking about 环保, doesn't it mean: avoiding waste? eg: if I buy a little thing in store, and I don't really need the plastic bag, then I will not take it, for free.......

                and another topic: we were discussing about Chinese personality or charactor comparing to white or other nations here in canada.......and also, we were chatting the general impression us Chinese are giving right?
