there are new houses at the west of Mavis and Dundas? I know there is a big area which in under construction on the east side of the intersection.

It's quite convenient to get on 403 from this place. But you need to travel a little to get on QEW, since there is no exit at mavis, only at Mississauga road and Hunruntario.

There is a big shopping mall area at this intersection, which include Candadian tire, Loblaw, Home Depot.

Also, at this location, dundas is not so crowded. Mavis is a main street.

On the west, is the mississauga road and the credit river, and a very nice park (Erindale park, as I recall).

Since Dundas is a major road in Mississauga, there are several buses run on it, 1A, 1B, 1C and 81. Which is very rarely in Mississauga.

All in all, a quite good place in my opinion. But I don't know about its community.

1. it's quiet area. indutry zone at north near central park dr.

2. It's not the most popular area in mississauga, if you drive north from Eglinton, you will see better developed residense.

3. Before you make decision, why don't you drive around with at least 2km radius, see if anyhthing you like or don't like in the area.
