I don't know if waterloo has good b-school. but WESTERN, QUEEN'S, YORK and TORONTO should be top 4 (depends who do you talk to, you will get different anser for who's NO. 1) MACCMASTER should be after those guys.

It also depends on what do you want to get from MBA and what do you want to do after MBA. Traditionally, Rotman is known for it finance strength, Schlich is very good at accounting related courses as well as finance course in recent years. Ivey is very good at general management although you still can find a lot Ivey graduate on Bay street. Queen's is good for those who has engineeing background.

Other advantage (arguably) for Rotman and Schlich is that they are in Toronto. It may be easier for you if you decide to get a job in Toronto since it would be very easier for you to go to some networking/social event with people in the city.
