我老公在多伦多住了九个多月(在加总共住九个多月), 后来到美国读MASTER(STUDENT VISA), 他在的学校是加承认得可以申请联邦贷款的学校. 可我看到有这么一条规章:be a resident of a province or territory that participates in the Canada Student Loans Program. Quebec and the Northwest Territories do not participate since they administer their own loan programs. (Generally, your province or territory of residence is where you have most recently lived for at least 12 consecutive months excluding full-time attendance at a post-secondary institution); 看起来老公不符合贷款条件. 或者是不是具体执行起来没有这么严格? 我老公还可以尝试一下.

我在申请加的学校(MASTER), 但现在还没有拿到OFFER. 万一能拿到.但我从6月起也到美国去了(我在加总共住了刚好一年), 九月份回来上学, 可以申请贷款吗?ROLIA上有个朋友说是可以的, 从 at least 12 consecutive months 看,好象不行, 是不是具体执行起来没有这么严格?
