报告一下我投诉Citizenship Judge的初步结果, 也是我最希望看到的, 我换了Judge和Office.起因大家可以"考古"一下. 我另起一贴, 希望我的经历对大家有帮助. 近期在密市hearing的朋友可关注我这一贴.

CIC 把我的投诉转告了Senior Judge.( 对不起,过程请容许我用E文. 打字太累)
He called me from Ottawa directly and suggested me to send a report with my signature to him. I did. He then forwarded my letter to that Judge whom I complained. Of course, that man denied everything and abused me a liar to slander him and stated how good he was. The senior Judge forwarded that man's letter to me and let me to make the final respond. I clearly insisted that my report is true, claimed again that that man does not have a professional atittude and suspected his fairness ability. Finally I requested to change the Judge.
基本过程就是这样. 我想同大家分享的是如果你真的认为被对待不公, hearing中有被侮辱. 忍气吞声只能助长持强凌弱的人更加嚣张. 勇敢的站出来, 尽可能的记下多一点细节. Call CIC. 加拿大的制度还是相对公平的.The senior还是很看中"fair"名誉的.
最后祝所有需要hearing的朋友好运. 如果你的file在密市, 可以留心一下那个人. 可以PM我.

      My application was rejected too. I appealed and won the case. Anyway, your action is pretty right. Just in case, if you need to appeal (which i do not wish would happen), give me a call at 416-277-7807 I will share my experience. Best luck!
