if you are applying to full time, Seneca College wants to make sure that you are placed in the right English course. Everyone has to do to it, even students who were borned in Canada have to write it. Students who transfered from university has to write to the test as well.

Basically the test procedure is as follows:
1) wirte an essay with 2 topics to choose from and accompany of a dictionary. After completing the essay, you will be directed to a computer room.
2) in the computer room, you wil be tested on your grammar and sentence structures
3) Elementary math test. (math which we learned in grade 1-3 back in high school in China.

try writing an essay with at least 5 paragraphs. 1 Introduction, 3 Body and the conclusion. If you are good at it, you should be placed in the correct English course

1）是所有的英语考试都带作文吗？该怎么准备呀
2）通知上的program是logistics的，那如果business admin也让发考试通知，那我不是要考两次咯？

？？另外，我已经给他们发了toefl成绩，600，还需要考试！？也许是因为作文太低？！下周去学校问问去，不知有没有可能免掉
其实别的我不太担心，就怕写作文，还有心疼这40大洋呀

Maybe is program specific. I applied to Accounting and Finance 3 years ago, and I am not sure if the policy has changed over the 3 years or maybe because you applied to a different program. -dota(MCC); 2007-3-25 (#3575810@0)
