It's hard to tell 各个科目之间的关联性大不大.

CGA courses are in some different areas: Accounting, finance, taxation, auditing, management, MIS, law, writing......

我有中国的cpa、会计相关专业的本科学历。
As far as I know, CICPA doesn't help a lot in exception. If you have an accounting bachelor's degree, you can be waived of about 10 courses (but if your degree is not accounting, you may not be waived so many, even you have the same classes as the people who have accounting degree.)

如果直接评估cga,被免的课程，与要学习的课程是否有联系，在最后考试PA1PA2的时候是不是还要用到被免课程的知识呢。
PA1 & PA2 test how you can use the knowledge you learned (so many courses you learned will be tested, but only for general information).

我正在犹豫是读本地的DILOMA,还是直接评估CGA.前者费的时间长，感觉学的扎实；后者省了学习被免课程的时间，但是担心对以后的学习有影响。
As long as you follow CGA's steps, don't worry about 对以后的学习有影响.
