For your information....please see more details in...G'day!

Personally, I don't think it is hard to get part-time offer from McMaster MBA program or other MBA programs like Schulich or Rotman...I worked full-time and finished my part-time MBA at Schulich....Although at some points of time, specifically when you have project/presentation due, you may feel a little bit frustrated, overall it seems okay to me.

McMaster does not have weekend only courses but Schulich does. so if you are living in Toronto, Schulich may be a better choice than Mac. Meanwhile, considering folks sitting in class with you, I have to say that Schulich's is more mature and experienced.

From the other hand, as a part-time student, Schulich charges you on a term basis, which means, about $3,600 per term term, no matter how many courses you take (from a half-course to two and half course as a maximum). At Mac, you will be charged based on course, around $1,200 will be charged per course. So economically Mac is better to go for.

That is all....Let me know should you have any more Qs.

  • 工作学习 / 求学深造 / any body has experience for part time MBA?
I am planning a part time MBA in McMaster. Since I had left University for many years, not sure how hard it will be. Can any body with this type of experience kindly give any advice? such as, how many courses shoud I take for a semester? how many hours should I plan for study every week? etc. I 'll be happy to buy you a dinner for any advice/advices
    • The courses of McMaster MBA are not very hard to pass.
so stick with two courses per semester. and, if you get good marks for the first several courses, you can take three courses per semester. This all depends on how you can handle the workload. PM me if you wanna discuss more. thanks.
      • 很难申请么? 要是full time working , for like 9-10hr/day, would that be too much doing parttime? do they have week-end only courses?? thanks for your reply.
