I was sepeated with my wife, and so sad that I left Canada. Before I left, I send a card to her for merry christams and say good bye to her. However, recently I received a summon to court notice from the policeman to ask me to present for the court. The reason is I disturb her life. I really have no idea how this happened, and what shall I do it?

Please provide your advises to me, and any suggestions will be appreciated. SInce I am not in Canada now, shall I find a lawyer or what else I can do with this.
