以下是没得到面试的...原因:

[Selected to short list. Yes/No. If No – why?]

No – junior to intermediate
No – constantly cancel interview, already twice
No – not good communication skills based on Agent feedback

Administration of the server
No – not enough experience in Java
No – Worked mainly with installation/configuration,warehouse
Yes – he cancelled – found a position already
No – not working as a developer for over a year
No – not working as a developer for over 2 years
No – not enough information from the resume / unprofessional
No – worked in different areas

            Nobody want to hire "junior to intermediate", how people can be a senior without junior and intermediate experience. Of course, there are fewer and fewer senior in the market. I can not believe that those campanies can be so fastidious without 220,000 imigrants every year. They are indulged too much.
