再请问diploma和degree之间有什么区别？哪个找工作时更好用？
听说RCC一年培训毕业后除了post graduate diploma外，还可以给一个CET （Certified Engineering Technologist）证书。不知道这个证书是个啥东东，找工作时好用不好用？

我看过关于官方的osap的申请、也和一些朋友聊过osap的问题。但好像每个人的说法都有差别。请问：
1、是不是没有小孩申请到的金额会很少？
2、是不是登陆不满一年，即使只差两三个月，申请到的金额也会很少？
3、车是不是一定要$5000以下？
4、存款在太太的名下有没有关系？
