If you mail your scores by yourself, the result may be one of the following:
1. They don’t accept it and require you transfer your score according to the method they required.
2. If you give them your reason why can’t, they may help you to transfer your scores.
3. You are luck and get what you want.
I used to send the marks to them by express, after that they said some of my documents need to be validated and required me to offer more supplementary files. I told them I did not have any more and it was impossible to get any more documents from my school which was far way in China. Then they transfer all these document as is to the college I applied . Till I got the offer from the college, I did not give them any another files.
