Are you mechanically inclined? Instrumentation technicians commission, install, calibrate, maintain and repair complex measurement and control systems used in a variety of process control applications. Your study program will provide for you a solid footing in both theory and practice, utilizing hands-on experience in a modern, well-equipped laboratory designed to emulate common control systems found in industry.
You will be required to understand drawings, using AutoCAD. Co-op experience provides work placement to give you the opportunity to work in the Instrumentation field and gain real industrial experience, equipping you for your career upon graduation.
