最普通的情况,不招人,你可能听见以下几种答案.

A: HM: " we are not hiring right now"
B: HM: " we have a hiring freeze on right now
C: HM: "we have laid off people"
D: HM: "we just hired someone last week"

那么你可以回答

C.T :" Are you projecting any employment opportunities in the next few months?

HM : " 还是不招人"

C.T: "I understand, however, with,(describle your qualification, such as, two years experience, strong quantitative and analytical abilities, proficient in computer, excellent communication and interpersonal skills,CA/CGA/CFA LEVEL), would you be aware of any contacts that may be interested in these qualifications and experience to refer me to"(对你来说,再谈下去没必要了,敢紧打下一个,但为了礼貌,还是让他推荐一下,如果他说了,计下来,打那个人的)

HM: " NO"

C.T: " May I call you back in a months to see if situation has changed/May I send my resume for future consideration?

HM; " ....."

C.T: " Thank you very much for the information and your asistance, MR.XXX"

HM; " ..."

C.T: " that is interesting, I have(describle your qualification), would it be possible obtain a specific job description.

HM; " ...."

C.T: " I am very interesting in this position. My 2 years of accounting experience with XXX company has given me the speed and accuracy you required. I have passed CGA/CA/CFA 3 level, How would you like me to move forward to apply?

HM; "..."

C.T: " May I arrange a time to come in and introduce myself to you and discuss this position"(能面对面的交简历和他谈是最好的)

HM: " NO, I am busy, plese send your resume by Fax or email"

C.T:" OK, please let me know your fax number"...

C.T: " Thank you, MrXXX, I very appreciate your assistance. I will forward my resume to youI will follow up with you, if I don't hear from you by next friday."
