Depression after separation

本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛I am very depressed right now. I separated my husband two years ago and our daughter lives with me since the first day we separated. My ex-husband only gives me 150.00 CDN each month as child support. But he earns 55,000 CDN a year. Only comes to visit my daughter twice a year. One is in Christmas, another is at her birthday. I hired a local lawyer and he is helping me to take him to the court in order to get the custody of my daughter and the child support. I know it will take longer than I expected. But I have no choice.

The other thing bothers me is my ex-husband forced me to sell my flat in China which I used my father's money to buy that house. That was a marriage gift given by my father. Just becuase it was after marriage assets therefore my ex-husband said that he is entitled to have half of the sales income. He did take half of the money. I am so afraid to tell my father that the flat was gone. That is so sad.
