the small claim court is basically a do-it-yourself court, designed to be used without the need for a lawyer

(A)monetary limits: $10,000
(B)start the small claim court action:
1)get a "statement of claim" free from any smal claims court office
2) fill your background data, such as your own name, address, defendant's name and address, a short statement of the reasons for claim;
(C) Fast Judgement: no defended and get the signed judgement for you very fast.
(D) Defendant's may
1) file a defence;
2) have a counterclaim againest you
3) be responsible to you
(E)If the claim is defended, you are going to the trail. in the trail, you just have to tell your story briefly and show the judge all the documents related to the claim
(F) Obtaining a judgement does not mean that you will get your pay back. so you have to find some ways to enforce the judgement if you win. but it will be a little bit difficult and complex.

That is what I know, actually you can counsult the lawyer or the small court counselor first to get the basic information.

    金额在二千多，和公寓管理处的纠纷。每月给我寄帐单，给他们信要证据也不回我。

        原来他们说要告我，我让律师给我回了封信，从此以后他们再也不睬我了，只是每个月寄那个不变的帐单，很想搞他们一下，起码可以省下几百块。不过这、之前应该给他们去封信，如果他们同意各解就不用上法庭，是这样吗？有了解的朋友，也请麻烦指点一下！
