本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛因为GF升级为LP了，为了纪念，已经和LP定了元旦去古巴。
去我估计没有问题，大家都说古巴是免签的，但我现在不知道自己能不能回来了。
我的情况是这样的：
VISA：Multiple entries, expiried on Dec 31, 2005
STUDY PERMIT：expiried on Dec 31, 2005 plus "This Dose not authorize re-entry. "
我在移民局的网站上查了一下http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/guides/5552E2.html
上面是这么写的
May I leave, then re-enter Canada?
In order to return to Canada, you must be in possession of a valid passport or travel document. You also need to hold a valid study or work
permit if you are returning to study or work in Canada.
If you are a citizen of a country that requires a temporary resident visa (TRV) to travel to Canada, you will also need to be in possession of a
valid entry visa to return, unless:
you are returning to Canada following a visit only to the United States or St-Pierre and Miquelon; and
you return before the expiry of the period initially authorized for your entry or any extension to it, either as a visitor, student or worker.
Possession of these documents does not guarantee re-entry. All persons must establish that they meet all of the requirements of The
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations before being authorized to enter or re-enter Canada.

1、temporary resident visa (TRV) 是不是就是我护照里贴的VISA。
2、you return before the expiry of the period initially authorized for your entry or any extension to it, either as a visitor, student or worker. 这句
话到底如何解释啊。
3、有没有过来人能分享一下经验啊。
