I went by air and rented a car in Florida.
stayed in Orlando for five days,visited Space Center, Universal studio and Disney.
drove south, a few days stayed and visited beautiful whitesand Sarasota beach, fort myers and naples beach(searched for shark fossils), don't miss Ding Darling island if you have time -- beautiful birds.
drove a few backroads in everglades park (a lot elligators and turtles).
one day visited Key West during stay in Fortlauderdale and visited othere miami beaches and rich people's mansions.
returned the car and took off from FortLauderdale airport.
tips: if you are spending your Christmas in Florida, be sure to locate a resturant that opens before Christmas eve; and no boxing day after Christmas. :(
