Yes. It's for 6-8 people to live for 7 days(7 nights). It's divided into 2 units, normally 1-bedroom unit (/w kitchen) plus a studio unit (/w mini-ketchin) (for 6 people) or 2 x 1-bedroom unit. -albxu(Yukon); 2004-10-11 {216} (#1924911@0)
It's sort of a timeshare resort, but you only need to pay for this visit, not the life long comitment. The price covers only the living, not boarding/food etc. For a family or two families it's very cost effective.

This resort (2272) only has 1-br unit (4/2) available from Dec 1, 2004 to Jan 31, 2005. All 2-br units are booked. -albxu(Yukon); 2004-10-15 (#1931306@0)

Quebec is really hot. No 2-br units are available before April 2, 2005. The only thing I can find from December 2004 to end of March, 2005 (the ski season) are 1-br units. -albxu(Yukon); 2004-10-15 {69} (#1931317@0)

how many times the RCI member can give their friend guest certificate in one year?

Bonus weeks usually cost $200~$500 per week and are cold weeks when most of the people don’t vacation. You must be a member of a certain vacation club to be a RCI member. -cornflakewhite(cornflake); 2004-10-15 {391} (#1931025@0)
You pay several thousand bucks to become a vacation club memberand then pay over $100 to be a RCI member. Once you are an RCI member, you can enjoy its last minute and bonus weeks, which are really cheap, and also you can exchange your vacation weeks with members of other vacation clubs, but you have to pay exchange fee. I believe the week you colleague gave you last year is a bonus week.
If you like I can try to see if I can get a bonus week for you at lower price. But I can't quarantee the availability since bonus weeks are always the lowest priority to RCI. -albxu(Yukon); 2004-10-15 {360} (#1931333@0)
A lot of resorts when you search them they appear open/available for exchange, but when you call RCI to book it for a bonus week, some of them may not open to bonus weeks.

Regarding guest certificates, I don't think there is a limit. It's depended on how many units you have deposited. I have so far 2 2-br units in the space bank and other 3 bonus weeks.
