虽然一个offer也没有拿到,好呆积累了些经验,尤其是面试问题,贴出来与大家共享:
1. what made you on top of technology?
2. In migration from NT 4 to win2000, how can you keep permission?
3 .Whch protocol did you use when you set up site to site VPN with microsoft 's solution.
4 .Did you have experience in disaster recovery/
5 why we select you ?
6 How do you think overtime job
7 how do you deal with your client
8 tell me about yourself
9 Do you have some questions
10 why did you select our company
11 why did you leave your last job
12 how many servers did you manage
13 you set up DNS server in every site ,why

I do not think technical jobs require outstanding English. If you can communicate with others face to face, that's enough. I think personality is more important than English proficiency. My English is not excellent, either. If I can not understand some words, I will ask the person I talks with to repeat again. If she/he is friendly, she/he will do it. You treat others well, they will respond and tend to treat you well and even forgive your few shortcomings.

其实,我的理解和你一样,cisco的etherchannel或gigachannel和其他公司 ,如nortel的multi-trunk技术是一样的.不过我没有听说过etherlink,只有3com有产品名称是etherlink,所以我理解应该是etherchannel,不过不知道面试官是啥想法.
