This is how I get there; Hope we are not talking about the same place.

Last time I visit there was 2 years ago. I'm surprised they will charge for parking now, 'cause the Canadian old guy who told me this said it's been free all the time. It's under the tower, west side (there's a IMAX theater too). 420->102South->Robinson st., then turn south, and immediately on the left side, it's the free, huge parking site (unless they changed in past 2 years which would be a real surprise, 'cause they didn't charge before
and there's no charging booth). From the parking lot, go south, then turn
left (east) on 37; you are facing the American fall. 2 minutes.

Good :-) If that down-hill rd is closed, then going east(cross a bridge); there's a walking trail down to the park. Also, this parking site is never full(not even half full each time I went there). -apuma(apuma); 2004-4-17 (#1688470@0)
