1. Stay in one of the hotel(motel) close to the west gate.
2. Go there early and take half day to visit Ragged Fall Provincal park. beautiful but free.
3. Take another full day to visit a 5hours(highland first circle) trail in Algonquin park. it will take much longer due to snow.
4. take another full day skiing at Hidden valley. wet but nice, you can even try blacks since the snow slows down the speed.
5. bring snowshoes , light and helpful. if not, be ready to warm snow in your hiking shoes.
6. All yurts are gone, if you want camping, bring your own stuff. if not, you can rent from outfit store.
