interview 的一点心得

本人背景(CS 小本科, 四级60.5, 六级压根本就没试), 毕业后编了5年破程序.
在过去的5个月里, 我共INTERVIEW 了7个公司(face to face), 不包挂TELEPHONE INTERVIEW. 前4个光荣牺牲, 那到了后3个offer.
一点失败经验,
interview 1,
两人给我INTERVIEW, 一个是MANAGER,另一个是老头, 不知起背景.一切都按计划A进行的很好, 我正口洠四溅时,老同志突然问我一句, 你会不会STORE PROCEDURE, 我愣了一下, 那哪能不会啊, 就随口说,"of course", 没想到这句回答若毛了老头, 结果可想而知...........

interview 2,
4个人给我interview,实际是一个TEAM, 其中一人问了一个问题, 我提过了我的Y英文, 我给了他一个答案, 结果每个人的脸色马上晴转多云, 我想坏菜, 又问了一遍问题, 才知道我理解错了, 结论, 容明白问题在回答, 不懂问题是最好在问一遍.

interview 3,

INTERVIew 前收集了公司的资料, 在INTERVIW中, HR 问我WHY YOU APPLY FOR THIS COMPANY, 我一想,哈我有准备, 就开始背公司的政策, 结果我没背熟, 讲的磕磕碰碰, 我看HR 的眉头都皱起来, 哈, 看来她比我还急............

      • I think "of course" means sth obvious, it is not very polite to say "of course" to sb, which has a potential meaning that the person you speak to is stupid. (He can not see sth that is very obvious)---my two cents -u02(u2); 2003-12-9 (#1506349@0)

      If your english is not perfect, try to speak as little and slow as possible.
