1. I didn't find out the exact URL stated 4 weeks notice on CIC website, could you please kindly point me there? TIA.

2. If there is such statement, I guess CIC wants to be sure any further notice could be delivered to you in a timely manner, rather than a restrict.

3. Driver license issue - DL means you have residency somewhere else, my wild guess was that CIC may check out more detail on your Canadian residency should they find out, and you want to be prudent of the process.

4. Bank account - CIC doesn't care.

    请问如果我要去美国临时工作俩年,我有无必要通知移民局更改我的地址,或者仍然用我的以前地址?因为我的家仍然在加拿大,我会经常回来的. 我觉得我没有必要通知他们吧. 如果告诉他们,会不会把我的申请据了?

    ..,另外,我有没有必要申请反加证呢?因为听说一年之内我需要待在加拿大半年,为了\保持移民身份.

            2. I've got my maple leaf card. What I meant is to keep my PR status, because i heard that people should stay in canada at least half an year every year, right? I could be wrong though.

      • I am pretty happy to hear that there is no "2nd" requirement now that u mentioned. I am pretty slow about the current policy (some years ago, we should apply for returning permit in order to keep our PR). -mickeyrain666(fattie); 2003-11-2 {188} (#1444231@0)
        Anyway, if what u said is true, the grant of the citizenship would be just a matter of time for us, since we are definitely good citizen from any aspects. We don't need to worry about it.
