    本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛我去面试，人家技术上没问啥（运气好），废话不少（我比较擅长），写出来，希望对你有所启发。面试的包括技术上：java king，还有一个vice president。(不过，我不是作ｊａｖａ的）

    java: Do you like to study Java?
    Lilyba: No. It is difficult for me to find a new job without Java experience.
    Java: But you can always learn something new if you try to understand another language.
    Lilyba: Yes, for sure. From this point, I always like to study something new. You do not only learn skill, more important, you learn how to solve problem, a new idea. That is more important.
    (VP 点头）

    VP: How do you like Canada?
    LilyBa: I like Canada a lot. People here are really nice. My previous landlord and landlady do not let me pay rent. When I tried to pay, they said: in future, just try to help other people.
    VP: I have the same experience....

    VP: I am the vice president of this company. (我们聊天进行了一段时间后，他这么说的）
    lilyba: I do not believe.
    VP: Why?
    lilyba: You are too young to be a vice president.
    VP: I am 32.
    lilyba: Oh, but you do look younger.

    Java: How do you solve your problem in your programming.
    lilyba: Google, or msdn, everything is done. I just love msdn, you can wide open your eyes.
    Java: and it is free.
    LIlyba: Free stuff is always the best.

    VP: Do you like travel?
    lilyba: yes. I like to see Canada more.
    VP: have you been to Vancouver
    lilyba: yes. Vancouver is beautiful. The grass is so green. When I saw a flower, I always wondered if its color is true or not.

    Java: Do you like team work or work independently.
    lilyba: Actually, it does not matter. Work by myself, I can learn how to solve problem independently. Work with a team, I can always get some creative idea for other team members.

    Java: Do you like work under pressure.
    lilyba: yes, pressure always makes me feel excited.
    VP: But not too much.
    lilyba: No. little bit is good. after I solved a problem, I feel so relaxed, so happy.

    Java: What is your future plan?
    lilyba: To be an architect or team leader.
    Java: How about project manager?
    lilyba: yes, that is my favourite. But I am kind of not very confident, since the language, culture.
    VP: yes.
    lilyba: You know, language, I always feel my language is too dry, cannot show my personality, cannot show my humor sense.

    Java: What kind of excercise do you do after work.
    lilyba: I am just starting YUGA. I used to swim. But I found it hurt my hair.
    VP: I am doing YUGA too. It not only relax your body, but also your mind.
