最近收到信说不能在加宽过的driveway停车，说加宽部分只可以用来walk，属于landscaping 部分，不能停车。我们都住了很多年了，第一次听说这个说法。所以查了下这个bylaw 84-03。 里面对landscaping的解释是any area of land surfaced by unit paver, patio stone, concrete, decorative stonewalk ,etc. all of which is designed to enhance visual amenity of property. 谁加宽车道是为了enhance visual amenity? 不都是为了多停一辆车吗？有谁碰到过这样的情况吗？能不能给解读一下？郁闷！
