I landed in Canada in the summer of 2000 and got two years returning permission. In 2002 I returned to Canada and lived there for one week. According to the Immigration Law, I have to stay in Canada for three years during five years. But after landing in 2000, I lived in Canada for only one month. My question is: will the two years of 2000-2002 be included in the five years? One friend told me that I need to stay in Canada for three years from 2002. Could you please share me your experience?
