本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛我因为登陆错过了多伦多大学的信，现在才看到其中的两张（我要家人帮我扫过来，可是到目前只看到两张），谁能指点一下。
下面截取了我不明白的部分。
I am delighted to offer you admission to the UOT for the 2--3-04 academic year. This offer is for the Science admission category in the Faculty of Arts and Science, St. George campus,with membership in St.Michael's College.
You have been admitted to a second undergraduate degree. You are eligible to receive 4.0 credits at the first year level and 1.0 credit at the second year level in addition to any undergraduate studies you have completed as a Non-degree students. If you have any preferences for these credits, please submit a letter outling you request to the transfer credit office.
（“as a Non-degree students”是什么意思？转学分是要指定转那些课程吗？怎么申请？因为我还没有看到表格，有点困惑。）
Your should note that program admission is determined by the Faculty/Department once transfer credit assessment is complete and will depend on whether or not program prerequisites and grade requirements have been met.
（是不是要成功的完成转学分，才能给正式的offer？）
You eligibility for transfer credit will be determinded once the appropriate transfer credit section has received the enclosed transfer credit form with payment as well the missing documentation listed below.
（他又要了成绩单，我已经寄过了，为什么还要？他说‘missing’是什么意思？）
Until these transcripts are received ans reviewed to our satisfaction, mark statements ans transcripts of your studies at the UOT will be withheld and you will not be allowed to re-enrol.
You must provide detailed course outlines and, if possible, a reading list for each course completed at ...
（‘course outlines’和 ‘course description'有什么不同？我寄过’course description'难道要再寄一次？）
Please forward your original and a notarized English translation of your Degree Certificate and Completion Certificate for your studieds at。。。,also your original and notarized English translation for your Senior High School Graduation Examination and Chinese National Entrance Examinations.
（”original“的 “Degree Certificate ”是指学位证书的原件吗？这个难道要寄给他？“Completion Certificate for your studieds at。。。”指的是什么？毕业证书吗？“Senior High School Graduation Examination and Chinese National Entrance Examinations.“这两个我上那里弄去啊。我曾经写信向他们解释过，说因为毕业时间太长，不可能给他们高中成绩单，这次他们又提到了，可以再告诉他们不行吗？）
我申请的是CS，可是我目前都没有看到他们提到CS。是不是这属于”program admission“，要在申请转学分成功后才给？如果不成功会怎样？
交材料的最后时间是在9月，可回复OUAC是否接受offer要在5月之前，那在我接受了之后，会不会因为他不能给我转学分而同样不会录取我？
