谢谢你的回答，就是这个address 把握折腾苦拉，我的course description and transcript 都是从我的国内的大学寄出来的。我天天check my status, untill one day, they showed me the course descritpion received ，but transcription and the English translation haven't received,so I called to tell them my course description and transcription with english version was send in the same evonlope.they said they need 3 more weeks to scan the transcription. so I have to wait untill after 3 weeks, the web showed me the transcription received already but the English translation hadn't received. it is funny!! my transcription is written in both chinese and English together in one paper. now the status is still like this. 看了你的贴，我真的很痛苦，不知怎么办。请问：
1 你的申请是through the OUAC or directly from the York U?
2 how soon they gave you the offer after your status is 全部收到所需的文件？

for Universities in Ontario, you need to go to http://www.ouac.on.ca/. In this web, you will submit an application form containing all your information and up to 3 ontario univercites you would like to apply for. After paying your fee by electronical transaction or check or money order, OUAC will forward your application to each university you've applied for. Then you just wait for each university's mail telling you what documents you need to provide, which may vary from university to university. Some special session you might need to apply directly from the university, e.g. YORK's winter&summer entrance.

it is so strange, when i want to apply YorkU directly, i asked them for several times, but the answer is ' you can't apply from york for the all types of entrance in 2003, you have to through OUAC, -canadastar(新札师妹); 2003-3-2 {198} (#1070820@0)
so I had to do so on Nov 2002,and recived the first letter from York on Jan 15,2003. can you tell me when did u apply? the english translation means the transcription in English, right? 谢谢好心人。

the admission receiptor disclosed the envelops in front of me, She found both the Chinese&english transcription/course description. I applied it from YORKU's web site for winter session. got refused but offered me an option to continue applying for the next available session--summer entrance, only by telephone to accept the option not by OUAC. What you need to do is to refresh your documents status ASAP.
