Thanks a lot! Is there enough gas station along hw 160 and 191? BTW, Chinese food is available in town of Moab or Monticello?

yes, don't worry about gas stations...there are plenty of them. You can find "American Chinese food" in a town with 3000 people. Moab has good Mexican food
